The Farm

In 2011, we purchased the farm. It was raw pastureland and had apparently never been lived on before.
By fall 2013 we had drilled for water, hooked up to the grid, built a barn, fenced the pastures, built a guest cottage and a house for Rachel (our farm manager and guru) and her family. Then on September 12, 2013 we moved the horses from Florida to Texas. 2015 gave us a beautiful, big indoor arena and in 2016, the main house (pictured on the left), next to "Lake Bob," was ready to move into! |
